1. Lease Agreement

All residents must sign a lease agreement outlining the terms and conditions of their residency.

2. Rent Payment

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and late fees may apply.

3. Suite Maintenance

Residents are responsible for maintaining their suites in a clean and tidy condition.

Resident Conduct

a) Respect for Others: Residents must respect the rights and privacy of others, including fellow residents and staff.

b) Noise Levels: Residents must keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM.

c) Guest Policy: Residents may have guests but must ensure they comply with Signature Suites' policies.

Safety, Security & Termination

Safety and Security

Emergency Procedures: Residents must follow emergency procedures, such as evacuation routes and emergency contact numbers.

Access Control: Residents are responsible for securing their suites and ensuring unauthorized individuals do not enter the building.

Fire Safety: Residents must comply with fire safety regulations, including not tampering with fire alarms or equipment.

Contract Termination

Notice Period: Residents must provide written notice of their intention to terminate their lease agreement. One month's notice must be given; failure to do so will result in Signature Suites retaining the rent deposit in lieu.

Move-Out Procedures: Residents must comply with move-out procedures, including cleaning and inspecting their suite.
